Fixmo Tools is currently available for the following BlackBerry smartphones that are running OS version 4.6 and higher:
To determine which version of BlackBerry operating system is on your device, go to Options > About on your device. You will see a screen similar to this:

NOTE: If you are running a version of BlackBerry OS that we currently don't support, you may be able upgrade your OS through the BlackBerry website.
If you have installed on a BlackBerry Storm, Storm or Torch model, Fixmo operates in portrait mode and compatibility mode must be turned off. To disable compatibility mode, go to Options > Applications, find Fixmo on your list of applications, click the menu button, and "disable compatibility mode".
Fixmo Tools is a valuable bundle of applications for your smartphone. It monitors your power and memory usage, helps avoid potentially embarrassing email mistakes, and silences phone alerts during scheduled meetings. For more information, visit our products page.
No. You can purchase Fixmo Tools using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa from MobiHand.
To move the Fixmo Tools icon to your BlackBerry's main screen:
First you will want to ensure all version of Fixmo Tools are uninstalled from your device and you preform any necessary reboots if your BlackBerry prompts you to do so. You can then visit are archived downloads page to obtain the links for Fixmo Tools v1.5.
A fully functional 15-day free trial of Fixmo Tools can be downloaded from our website. Once the trial period ends, you will have the option to purchase the application. If you decide to purchase Fixmo Tools at any point during the trial period, you can do so by going to the menu within Fixmo Tools.
During the installation process on a BlackBerry, you may be prompted to give Fixmo Tools Trusted Application status. Selecting "Yes" allows you to quickly provide Fixmo Tools with the permissions it requires to work properly.

Selecting "No" will require you to set the application permissions for Fixmo Tools. [link to question 3 in this section]
On some BlackBerry models you will be asked to view application permissions after installing Fixmo Tools. When prompted, simply click "View."

You can now press the escape key (
) on your BlackBerry and select "Save."
Fixmo Tools requires certain permissions in order to run on a BlackBerry. If you are an Enterprise user on a Blackberry Enterprise Server™ (BES) installation, you may not be allowed to change the permissions on your device. You may want to contact your IT Administrator for advice before installing Fixmo Tools.
If your BlackBerry smartphone was provided to you by your company's IT department, it might be connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). BES is typically configured to specify what your smartphone is permitted to do - for example, access the internet, download applications, specify security settings, and more.
If you can successfully download and install Fixmo Tools, there is a known issue in some BlackBerry Enterprise Server environments can prevent the Fixmo registration process from completing successfully. Please refer to "Allow SSL connections when you are using BlackBerry Enterprise Server" within this document for the steps required to bypass this specific scenario.
Fixmo can be reached at support@fixmo.com if your IT Administrator has any questions or is interested in installing Fixmo Tools across the company.
If you are seeing the following error:
There are two ways to resolve this problem, as documented in the following sections.
If your device supports Wi-Fi, you can enable it by going to Manage Connections > Setup Wi-Fi Network. Of course, if you have Wi-Fi already setup on your BlackBerry device, you can simply check the "Wi-Fi" option as shown in the screenshot below.

To successfully complete setup of your Wi-Fi network simply follow the instructions on the prompts that are provided.
On your BlackBerry, under Options > Security Options > Advanced Security Options > TLS change the "TLS Default" from "Proxy" to "Handheld." This will allow the BlackBerry smartphone to parse the certificate directly.

If you are using a BlackBerry Torch, you will want to go to: Options -> Security -> Advanced Security Options -> TLS, and ensure the checkebox labeled "Proxy TLS" is unchecked.
It should be noted that depending on your operating system, the "Advanced Security Options" step may not be required. "TLS" can be found after clicking "Security Options."
You visit our device transfer form and follow the steps to ensure your copy of Fixmo Tools can be activated on your new device.
Yes. However, for the best experience, you may wish to disable compatibility mode for Fixmo. This can be done by going to Options > Applications. Once there, scroll down the list to Fixmo tools. Press the BlackBerry key and then select "Disable Compatibility Mode."

If you downloaded a trial version from BlackBerry App World and decide to buy Fixmo Tools, you will be taken to BlackBerry App World when you click on the "Go to Store" menu item. However, not all BlackBerries come with BlackBerry App World installed. To provide the best experience possible, Fixmo will ask you to make a simple selection to either install BlackBerry App World, or if you have it installed, go directly to the store. This is shown in the screenshot below.

Yes. Due to the way Silencer works, you may notice a slight delay with your customized notifications configured within BerryBuzz.
Undelete supports the recovery of the following items:
No. Undelete will only allow you to recover items you have deleted after Fixmo Tools has been installed on your device.
Not in the current version. Undelete allows you to retrieve the last 50 deleted email, PIN messages, calendar events, tasks, and memos. However, the SMS Recovery utility will allow you to recover both sent and received SMS messages from your BlackBerry device.
After undeleting an email, the message will be viewable in the BlackBerry messages general email view, but not an account specific view. The screenshot below indicates each one of the different types of inboxes. This scenario will arise if you have setup your BlackBerry to receive email from POP or IMAP email accounts.

Undelete does not support recovering attachments at this time.
Sometimes, emails you receive on your BlackBerry are longer than what will be initially downloaded to the device (approximately 2kb). If you delete that email on your handheld and your email server, when you go to restore it on your BlackBerry using Undelete, only the portion that was initially received will be available. This has the following implications on how Undelete works:
Not at this time. Undelete will only support items saved to the default calendar on your BlackBerry device.
When you delete an email using a third party application (such as BerryPopup and Facebook), the Undelete feature within Fixmo Tools can't properly handle the message to send it to the queue at this time.
Yes. The Undelete queue will contain a rolling list of the last 64 deleted items. This means that if you have 64 items currently within your Undelete queue and delete another, the first (or oldest) will be removed permanently to the necessary space can be allotted
Wifi File Transfer allows you to transfer files from a PC or Mac directly to your WiFi BlackBerry using just your browser. There is no need for Desktop Manager, Media Manager, USB drivers or any other 3rd party applications: Just a WiFi BlackBerry, PC/Mac with browser and a WiFi network.
Wifi File Transfer requires the following:
Step 1: Ensure the BlackBerry is correctly connected to the Wifi network and launch Fixmo Tools - click on the Wifi File Transfer icon.
If the device is connected to the Wifi network, a popup with an IP address and port number will appear. For example, "192.168.1.3:80".
This is the IP address you will use to connect to your BlackBerry. By default, the application will try to connect over port 80. However, if this port is not available, another one will be automatically be selected.
Step 2: Make sure your PC or Mac are connected to the same Wifi network as your BlackBerry. Open a browser and enter the IP address and port number provided, as described in Step 1, in to your address bar.
The IP address can always be found by pressing the "i" key on the BlackBerry from the main Wifi File Transfer screen.
When the Wifi File Transfer webpage appears in your browser, you are connected.
Step 3: Start browsing your BlackBerry! Edit and transfer files directly from your browser.
Make sure that the BlackBerry and the PC are on the same WiFi network
Check the name of the wifi network (SSID) from both the BlackBerry and the PC.
Get the IP address of both the BlackBerry and the PC
To get the IP address of the BlackBerry, simply start Wifi File Transfer and look at the popup. The address should look something like: 192.168.0.3.
The PC’s IP address should be exactly the same as the BlackBerry’s IP address except for the last digit – in this case, something like: 192.168.0.
NOTE: If this is not the case, please check again whether the BlackBerry and PC are on the same network.
Check the connection between the PC and Blackberry by sending a Ping
Send a ping to the PC from the BlackBerry by going to “Manage Connections” on the BlackBerry home screen, then “Wifi Options”. Click the menu button and select “Wi-Fi Tools” -> “Ping”. In the “Ping to” field, insert the PC’s IP address and start.
Send a Ping from the PC to the BlackBerry by typing “ping 192.168.0.3″ (replacing the IP address with your BlackBerry’s address) from the command prompt.
If the ping is not successful in both cases:
If the ping test fails…
This means that the PC and Blackberry cannot make a connection over your wifi network. Note that this test has nothing to do with the Wifi File Transfer application itself, but is a property of the WiFi network itself. In fact, it is not necessary to have the Blackberry application running during this test.
The test could be failing for a number of reasons, here are a few things to try:
When Silencer is enabled, it automatically silences your phone and all alerts when it detects an event marked "busy" on your calendar. You can also use the Quick Silence feature to immediately silence your BlackBerry for a predefined length of time.
There are two ways to quick silence your BlackBerry:
Using a Convenience Key
If you have set a convenience key to use for Quick Silence, double-clicking that key will automatically silence your device for 2 hours (or whatever duration you have configured). Double-clicking it again will turn off the Quick Silence.
From within Fixmo Tools > Silencer
You can also enable Quick Silence by navigating to Fixmo Tools > Silencer and selecting Quick Silence Now. When you are ready to turn off the Quick Silence, return to Silencer and select Remove Quick Silence.
To configure Silencer options, click on Fixmo Tools > Silencer. The Silencer screen lets you:
There may be occasions when you want to prevent Silencer from automatically silencing your BlackBerry during a specific "busy" calendar event. For example, you might not want to silence your BlackBerry if you are expecting meeting attendees to call you for the meeting.
To override Silencer for a specific event, add the word "nosilence" to the location field of that event in your calendar. Your BlackBerry will not be silenced during that time, even if other busy events occur at the same time.
Silencer can be used to block all incoming calls that are from 1-8xx numbers, even if you don't have a calendar event during a specified time.
To do this, simply open Fixmo Tools and select the Silencer icon. Scroll to the option labeled "Silence toll-free (8xx) numbers" and make sure it's checked. Press you BlackBerry escape key and choose to save your settings.
In some cases, you may want to specify an exception list - a group of contacts that you always want to receive calls from, even if Silencer is enabled during a specified calendar event or quick silence is turned on. You can do this in three ways:
Method 1: Add contacts to your exception list from Silencer
Open Fixmo Tools and click the Silencer icon. Scroll down and click on the button labeled "Exceptions...". Within this box, you can type in the name of a contact you would like to add, or simply enter a phone number. Once a contact is added to your exceptions list, anytime they call you (and from any number that belongs to them within your address book), their call will ring on your BlackBerry device. For example, if you add a contact with a home, mobile, and work number, any time they call your mobile phone from any of those phones, their call will ring to your device even if you have Silencer enabled to not alert your for phone calls during meetings or if you have quick silence enabled.
Method 2: Add contacts to your exception list from your address book
Open your address book on your BlackBerry device. Scroll to the contact you wish to add to your exception list and press your BlackBerry key. Scroll to the menu item labeled "Add to Silencer Exceptions" and select it. A confirmation dialog will appear indicating the contact was saved successfully.
Method 3: Add contacts to your exception list from your call log
Open the call log on your BlackBerry device and scroll the number you wish to add to your exception list. Press your BlackBerry key and from the menu that is presented select, "Add to Silencer Exceptions." A confirmation dialog will appear once your exception list has been successfully updated.
Using Silencer, you can ensure when any number of contacts call your BlackBerry, you will never be alerted. There are three methods for working with your silient list.
Method 1: Add contacts to your silent list from Silencer
Open Fixmo Tools and click the Silencer icon. Scroll down and click on the button labeled "Silent List...". Within this box, you can type in the name of a contact you would like to add, or simply enter a phone number. Once a contact is added to your silent list, anytime they call you (and from any number that belongs to them within your address book), their call will automatically be silenced on your BlackBerry device. For example, if you add a contact with a home, mobile, and work number, any time they call your mobile phone from any of those phones, their call will never ring to your device even if you have Silencer disabled to silent calls while you are in meetings.
Method 2: Add contacts to your silent list from your address book
Open your address book on your BlackBerry device. Scroll to the contact you wish to add to your silent list and press your BlackBerry key. Scroll to the menu item labeled "Add to Silencer silent List" and select it. A confirmation dialog will appear indicating the contact was saved successfully.
Method 3: Add contacts to your silent list from your call log
Open the call log on your BlackBerry device and scroll the number you wish to add to your silent list. Press your BlackBerry key and from the menu that is presented select, "Add to Silencer Silent List." A confirmation dialog will appear once your silent list has been successfully updated.
Silencer can easily quiet all incoming calls to your mobile phone from a number that is recognized as private or "unknown."
To enable this feature, open Fixmo Tools and click the Silencer icon. Scroll down to the setting labeled "Silence Private/Unknown Numbers" and ensure it's checked. Press your escape key and ensure you save your settings.
NOTE: This feature will only work properly if you have caller ID enabled with your wireless provider. If you do not, and have this feature turned on, all incoming calls to your BlackBerry will be silenced.
There may be occasions when you want to prevent Silencer from automatically silencing your BlackBerry during a specific busy calendar event. For example, you might not want to silence your BlackBerry if you are expecting meeting attendees to call you for the meeting or if you are simply blocking time on your calendar.
To override Silencer for a specific event, add the word "nosilence" to the location field of that event in your calendar. Your BlackBerry will not be silenced during that time, even if other busy events occur at the same time.
The Silencer icon will appear in the lower right hand corner of the Fixmo Tools icon. It will also appear as a notification icon at the top of the screen on BlackBerry models running OS v4.7 and higher.

If you want to be able to silence your BlackBerry using one of your convenience keys, you will need to assign both the Fixmo Tools application and the Silencer to the same convenience key (either Right or Left) by following two steps.
Once you have set the convenience key, pressing it twice will enable/disable Quick Silence. In essence, the first press will open Fixmo Tools and the second will enable quick silence.

No. Just as you receive alarms even when your profile is set to silent, you will continue to hear the alarms you have set when Silencer is enabled.
You can deactivate Silencer by going into your calendar and editing the meeting to show as "Free" instead of "Busy". This will turn off Silencer for the remainder of the scheduled meeting time.
Not at this time. Silencer will only stop phone calls and other alerts for meeting scheduled within your default calendar.
Memo allows you to keep track of important reminders directly on the homescreen of your BlackBerry.
You have the option of adding as many tasks as you like, and can keep them organized on two separate sticky notes, which will appear on the right and left side of your home screen.
Open Fixmo Tools and select the Memo icon. At the bottom of the screen, click the "Deactivate" button.
Yes. Open Fixmo Tools and select the Memo icon. Press your BlackBerry key and select "Set Background...". A file browser dialog will appear, allowing you to navigate to the image of your choice that will be used as the background when displaying memos.
NOTE: Fixmo Tools is unable to keep track of your custom background settings. If you deactivate memo, your home screen will be reset to the factory default.
Yes. Open Fixmo Tools and select the Memo icon. Press your BlackBerry key and select "Set Font" from the menu. Once you have made your changes, you can press your escape key and they will be saved automatically.
Yes. Open Fixmo Tools and select the Memo icon. Press your BlackBerry key - from the menu that appears, select "Set Note Size." There are three optons: Small, Medium, and Big.
Open Fixmo Tools and select the Memo icon. At the bottom of the screen, press the "Activate" button. You will see a confirmation indicating your options have been saved successfully.

If you are having trouble connecting the Blackberry and PC, or are seeing a “java.io.IOException” popup
First Checks
Make sure that you have gone through the setup instructions thoroughly, installed the PC server, and added an exception to the Windows firewall. Check that the IP address and port are correct. They should look something like “192.168.1.21″ and “8080″. Make sure that you have correctly selected either WiFi or BES.
Important: If you have not already done so restart the PC and the Blackberry (with a battery pull). This will often solve the problem.
If you are using a WiFi connection to connect to the PC server
Test the connection between the BB and the PC using the following steps:
Get the IP address of both the BlackBerry and the PC
To get the IP address of the BlackBerry, go to “Manage Connections” on the BlackBerry home screen, then “Wifi Options”. Click the menu button and select “Wi-Fi Tools” -> “Wi-Fi Diagnostics”. The field called “Local IP Address” will give the devices WiFi IP address.
The PC’s IP address should be exactly the same as the BlackBerry’s IP address except for the last digit – in this case, something like: 192.168.0.
NOTE:If this is not the case, please check again whether the BlackBerry and PC are on the same network.
Send a Ping from the PC to the BlackBerry by typing “ping 192.168.0.3" (replacing the IP address with your BlackBerry’s address) from the command prompt.
If the ping is not successful in both cases:
If this test fails…
This means that the PC and Blackberry cannot make a connection over your wifi network. Note that this has nothing to do with the Remote Print application itself, but is a property of your WiFi network (In fact, it is not necessary to have the Blackberry application, or PC Server application running during this test).
The test could be failing for a number of reasons, here are a couple of things to try:
If you are using a BES connection to connect to the PC server
Check that your device is actually connected to a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) by going: homescreen -> options -> Advanced -> Enterprise Activation. If your device is connected to a BES, you will see something like “Desktop: Activated on (Date)”. If your device is not activated, you will not be able to use the BES connection.
From the home screen, open “Blackberry Browser” (not “Internet Browser” or “Hotspot Browser”) and save. In the URL box type: “http://(ipaddress):(port)/getPrinter” where (ipaddress) and (port) are those listed in the PC Server application.
For example, if the IP address and port listed on the PC Server application are “192.168.1.21″ and “8080″, go to the URL “http://192.168.1.21:8080/getPrinter”.
If you are asked to save the output, the connection has been correctly made. If you get an error, this means that the PC Server application itself cannot be accessed:
If this fails, try changing the server port (e.g. to from “8080″ to “9000″), adding a new exception to the Windows firewall, and try again.
Other things to check
Mail Compliance Manager scans your email messages for potentially risky content or unintended recipients, depending on the rules you have configured.
If a problem is found, a message window immediately identifies the problem, and a confirmation message lets you select Yes or No when trying to send the email. If you select No, the message is automatically saved as a draft, and you can address the issue by editing the email content or list of recipients before sending. If you select Yes, Mail Compliance Manager allows you to go ahead and send the original email.
NOTE:Mail Compliance Manager works with your native BlackBerry email client. Other email clients, such as Google's Gmail for Mobile and Facebook are not supported.
To enable and configure Mail Compliance Manager features:
Offensive Words
This feature notifies you if any common profanities or offensive terms are included in the text of your email message. The first option tells Mail Compliance Manager to check for words on the Standard List. The second tells Mail Compliance Manager to check for words on your own list. You can define words on your own list by typing them, separated by commas, in the space provided.
Repeated Punctuation
This feature notifies you if punctuation marks are duplicated three or more times within the text of your email message. You can turn this on or off for exclamation marks (!!!) and for question marks (???).
Words in ALL CAPITALS
This feature notifies you if there are groups of words in your email message that are all in capitals (upper case). By default, you are notified if your email contains a group of at least 3 words in all caps, but you can change the number of words to 2, 3, 4, 5, or 9.
Unintended Recipients
This feature has three options that help prevent your email messages from going to unintended recipients. You can specify whether or not to be notified of these scenarios: If a recipient on a new or forwarded email message is "from outside of your own domain". For example, if your email address is user@mycompany.com, this feature notifies you if you are about to send a new or forwarded email to any email address outside of @mycompany.com. This prevents you from sending internal or confidential information outside of your company.
If a recipient "from a new domain" has been added to an email reply thread. For example, say you have a reply thread that has included recipients from the domain @mycompany.com. You decide to copy your colleague John on this ongoing conversation, but you mistakenly add john@myfriend.com instead of john@mycompany.com, Mail Compliance Manager will notify you, making sure that you are not sending information to an unintended recipient.
If you are replying to an email "not addressed to you". For example, if you were BCC'ed on a message, you can reply to the original sender, because that person knows you were BCC'ed. However, if you try to Reply All or to reply to another recipient on the original email, Mail Compliance Manager warns you. As well, if you receive a message as part of a distribution list, Mail Compliance Manager warns you if you try to reply to more than just the original sender.
On BlackBerry OS v5.0, this is how the original email that was caught by Mail Compliance Manager will appear.

To edit the message and re-send, scroll to the email that Mail Compliance Manager caught, press your BlackBerry key (located directly to the left of your scroll wheel / pad) and select edit.
MeetMe automatically finds available dates and times in your calendar for quick and easy scheduling while sending an email.
To use MeetMe, simply click the BlackBerry key (directly to the left of your track pad or track ball), or press in your track wheel and select "MeetMe" from the menu that appears.
You can customize several aspects of MeetMe, including:
There is also an option to use the Meet4Lunch menu item, which will suggest the one hour time slots you have available, from 12pm to 2 pm.
Memory Monitor displays both high-level and detailed information about your BlackBerry's RAM and device memory usage. This lets you understand and optimize your device's memory use. Memory Monitor also includes a convenient option to clear your BlackBerry's cache in order to free up memory when required.
To view the Memory Monitor, click on the Fixmo Tools icon and select Memory Monitor. When the Memory Monitor opens, you can immediately see the percentage of RAM and device memory being used.
To view more detailed statistics on your memory usage, click the Details button.
The BlackBerry uses two different memory areas for permanent data storage: application memory and device memory.
Applicaton memory is used to store the operating system and any other software installed on the device. It's also used for certain kinds of "small" data like email, calendar events, and contacts. For technical reasons, all current BlackBerry models limit application memory to 256MB or less. This is the type of memory that is reported by Memory Monitor.
Device memory is normally much larger than application memory and is used to store ring tones, photos, videos, and other files. Any removable memory card that you insert in the BlackBerry will be treated as device memory.
Memory Monitor performs several background functions:
This feature uses standard BlackBerry utilities to delete temporary data such as cached passwords and Internet files. It also clears unused data from RAM, which will help your applications to run faster
Fixmo tools is reporting the amount of memory the operating system is allowing an application to use at the present time, and not the total amount of memory available on the device.
Battery Watch tracks your BlackBerry's power usage, and warns you when your battery reaches low levels. You can customize the level at which you want to be warned.
To view Battery Watch, click on the Fixmo Tools icon and then the Battery Watch icon. When Battery Watch opens, it immediately displays the percentage of battery life remaining.
In the Battery Watch application, there are three buttons:
Manage Connections
This lets you toggle connections on or off, in order to save battery life.
Alert Settings
This lets you set one or more warnings to alert you when your battery falls below certain levels. For example, you might want to set an alert for 25% and another alert for 5%.
Details
This displays voltage and battery temperature, as well as the estimated remaining talk time, Internet time, audio time, video time, and standby time. Standby time refers to the amount of time left on your device when it is in Standby mode.
Fixmo Tools Battery Watch is accurate to the nearest 1%. The battery level reported on the BlackBerry Status Screen is rounded to the nearest 5% value
Remind Me Later allows you to set tasks or calendar entries for emails and contacts.
To use it, simply select an email from your message list, press your BlackBerry key and select "Remind Me Later from the menu. You will then be given an option to create a task or calendar entry and set it's delivery time.
When you select select Task, the time you choose will be set as its due date. For example, if you choose "5 min", you will be taken to a new task, with a due date set to 5 minutes from the present time on your BlackBerry device.
If you choose calendar and select "5 min," you will be taken to a new calendar entry that starts at the present day and time on your BlackBerry device and is 5 minutes in length.
The entire contents of the email which you are setting the reminder will be pasted in to the "Notes" field of the calendar entry or to-do item. When using emails, the subject will be the title. When you have selected a contact, their name and the contact number or email you selected for them will be the title.
This utility is very similar to Undelete, except instead of emails or contacts, SMS Recovery allows you to quickly and easily restore both your sent and received text messages.
The first step is to download and install SMS Recovery. Then, open Fixmo Tools and click on the SMS Recovery icon to access your queue of sent and received SMS messages.
Your SMS Recovery queue will provide you with a list of all text messages, similar to the one shown below.

Multi Clipboard enhances the current native BlackBerry clipboard - allowing you to copy and paste more than a single item simultaneously.
Once Multi Clipboard is installed, it will appear in all of the applicable menu items available to you when copying and pasting text without any additional configuration.
For example, if you were to select the text you want to add to Multi Clipboard and press your BlackBerry key, you will see "MultiCopy" listed as an option as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you are ready to paste the selected text (for example, in to a new memo), press your BlackBerry key once more and select "MultiPaste." You will then be presented with a list of all of the items available for pasting from your Multi Clipboard.

When Fixmo Tools is installed, the Forward/Reply with Edit utility extends the capability of your BlackBerry's email application so that you can edit replied or forwarded email messages. The following three menu items are added to the email menu with this utility:
You may need to open the "Full Menu" view of the email menu in order to find these options.
NOTE: Attachments in the original email message are not included in your new email message. If you want to include an attachment, you must first save the attachment from the original email message and then attach it to the new message you have created.
Forward with Edit does not include the attachments of the forwarded email. In order to include an attachment, you need to first save it from the original email and then attach the new message.

No. The reason for this is because it is not possible to create or edit HTML-formatted emails on a BlackBerry device.
Forward / Reply with Edit requests the entire email from the server to ensure all of the original contents can be edited before sending. If you have deleted an email from your BlackBerry and email server and since restored it using Undelete, Fixmo Tools will not be able to request the full contents of the email from the server before allowing you to forward and/or reply with edits.
Call Indicator allows you to customize both the color of your LED alerts, and the speed at which the LED will blink, when receiving an incoming call.
One Last Call allows you to enable both data and phone services after your BlackBerry has disabled them due to the battery being too low.
NOTE: OneLastCall is only available on devices with a BlackBerry OS prior to 5.0
