Information we collect about you
In order to provide and market our products and services to our Users, FIXMO collects personally identifiable information when you register with us.
When you request support for Fixmo Tools or request information about any Fixmo product, we collect your name, organization and basic contact information (your email and phone number). When you purchase a license from Fixmo, we collect your name, email address, certain user names and passwords, credit card information (where applicable) and other personal information (collectively, “Identifiable Information”). FIXMO may also collect Identifiable Information from Visitors when they communicate with us about our services and products or during other transactions or interactions.
Information we collect
FIXMO may also collect non-personally identifiable information when you use our services or our Internet site (“Non-Identifiable Information”). Non-Identifiable Information may include web site pages viewed, Usage Information (see below), demographic data, cookies and other information which does not specifically identify any one individual.
Automatic collection
To make your visits more convenient and to enable us to enhance our services, FIXMO may use cookies to customize your visit to our Internet sites and for other purposes.

Identifiable information

Usage Information includes, for example, the Fixmo applications that are used, the features within the applications, and smartphone model. Generally, FIXMO can use Users’ Usage Information to learn about how our products are used in order to improve them.
We value our relationships with our Users and are committed to respecting and protecting your Usage Information. Accordingly, FIXMO does not sell, trade or share your Usage Information, including usage records outside of FIXMO’s systems, except as required by law. FIXMO can also disclose Users’ Usage Information for legal or regulatory reasons, including in response to subpoenas and court orders. FIXMO can also use Usage Information to investigate fraud and to prevent violation of our Terms of Use and unlawful use of our network, services and other Users.

FIXMO’s service may contain links to other Internet-based resources and services not maintained by FIXMO. In addition, other web sites and services may also reference or link to FIXMO.
